Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased either as a physical card or an electronic gift card.
Gift cards can be used as a payment method both in our store and online.
The number and code on the gift card are required when using the gift card.
- You can freely decide the amount of the gift card.
- The gift card is paid for immediately and is available for use right away.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- The value of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
A physical gift card is delivered by mail or can be purchased directly from our store. It can also be sent to you electronically as a PDF file if you contact our customer service. An electronic gift card is delivered only via email to the address provided in the order.
Your gift cards are available as PDF files when you log in to the site with your email address. By logging in, you can also see the remaining balances of your gift cards. If you forget your login password or gift card codes, we can email them to you upon request.
Giving a gift card as a gift is easy by entering the recipient's email and/or street address in the delivery information at checkout.
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance can be used later. Multiple gift cards can be used at once when paying for an order. The value of the gift card is deducted only when you place the order at checkout.
