Once you’re logged into your account, you can view all your orders and their statuses in one place.
Status Ready to be packed/kerättävänä means that your order is being processed. Orders are prepared, packed, and shipped in the order they were received and registered in our online store.
Status Sent/lähetetty means that your order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the shipping company. You should have received a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking ID to follow your delivery. If you haven't received the confirmation, please contact our customer service.
Please note: Shipments are collected by carriers once every business day, and tracking information typically updates within 6–24 hours after dispatch.
Status Coming/tulossa means that one or more items in your order were out of stock at the time of purchase but were available for order. These items have been ordered from our supplier, and we are currently waiting for them to arrive at our warehouse.
You will receive automatic updates about the status of these products and a notification once all items are available, packed, and ready for pickup by the courier.
