If your used product has broken, please fill out this claim form.
In your message, please send a clear description of how the defect occurred, along with photos of the whole product and the damage. In the case of shoes, we often also need a picture of the shoe's label.
Please also include a receipt of the order, or the order number so that we can deal with the matter as quickly as possible. Please also note that products submitted for to us must be washed, cleaned or otherwise tidy.
