Holes that occur during use are not covered by the warranty. Most pads come with a repair kit, which makes it easy to patch the pad yourself. It's a good idea to first try to locate the leak yourself, for example using soapy water. You can find instructions for this online. If you're unable to find the leak yourself, you can contact us and we will send the pad for repair. Please note that many manufacturers charge a fee for locating and fixing the leak.
