The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of the product, provided that the product has been used according to the instructions and the warranty period is valid.
The warranty does not cover damaged products if the defect is caused by:
- customer negligence
- an accident, such as lightning damage
- failure to follow usage or care instructions
- improper handling or storage of the product
- wear and tear resulting from normal use
