Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, usually within 1-3 working days, after which the order will be dispatched to you.
Once the order is packed and dispatcehd, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that the tracking number is activated when it is scanned at the first transit point, which can take a day or two.

Additionally, we sell products that are not currently in stock. If your order contains items that were not in stock at the time of purchase, the entire order will be shipped only once all items have arrived at our warehouse. However, if you wish to receive the items that are already in stock earlier, you can contact our customer service to request a partial delivery. Please note that activating a partial delivery for items to be shipped will cost the price of an additional shipping fee.
