You have the right to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped, or within 14 days of receiving the products. You can submit a cancellation request by logging into your profile, clicking "Check your orders", and requesting a cancellation. If the delivery process has already begun, you are obligated to return the products shipped to you.
Varuste.net will refund the payment for the cancelled and/or returned order within 14 days. Once processed, we will refund the items via your original payment method (for example, a credit card payment will be refunded back to the credit card).
You can also cancel your order by contacting our customer service by email. Please title your message clearly, e.g. CANCELLATION OF ORDER 1234567.
We will confirm the cancellation once we have processed your request.
