You will receive a separate notification from us when your order has been packed and is ready for pickup.
The pickup counter is located at the back of the store, where you’ll find a tablet. Enter the shipment number and the last name of the person who placed the order on the tablet. You can find the shipment number in the arrival notification sent to your email.
Please wait near the pickup counter, and our warehouse staff will bring your order within a few minutes.
If your order has already been paid for, you may leave the store without stopping at the checkout.
If your order contains regulated products, you can collect them from the hunting or authorities’ service counters.
If you wish to return a product or exchange it for a different size, please speak to store personnel.
