After adding your desired products to the shopping cart, proceed to checkout.
You can add the company name directly on the fields under the “Delivery information”.
If you are ordering as a company within EU and your company is registered to European Commission VIES, you will be able to place the order without local taxes as intra-community supply.
During checkout, on the page you can click the button " Use tax free prices" (beside the total price of the products). Here, you can add your company's name, address, and VAT number.
Our system will ask you to input your VAT number on a separate field below the Payment method-section.
If you need the company invoicing address to be shown on the invoice, you can add the details to the "Further information"-field at the bottom and after your order has been shipped, contact our customer service team and we can send you the invoice containing your VAT number and invoicing address.
