- Select the delivery country: Ensure that you have selected the correct delivery country.
- Use tax-free prices: On the checkout page, click the "Order as a company (VAT 0%)" button located beside the total price of the products.
- Enter your VAT number: Our system will prompt you to enter your VAT number in a separate field below the Payment method section. Please note that entering the numbers only is not enough; you must also include the country code at the beginning (e.g., FI17022863).
- VAT number validation: Our system will automatically verify that the VAT number is valid and active.
- Confirm your order: Once all information is correct, confirm your order as usual. You can choose any payment method that suits you best.
Please note that the customer profile must be clearly associated with the specific company and/or other registered activity.
