If you have chosen the prepayment invoice method for an order placed through our online shop, we hope that payment will be made as soon as possible. Orders placed with an prepayment invoice are valid for 7 days. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after this period.
With Klarna Payments, you have several options for paying your invoice:
- Pay in 14/30 days: The payment period is either 14 or 30 days (depending on the market) from the shipment of the goods or the availability date of the service. This payment method is available in Germany, Finland, Austria, and the Netherlands.
- Financing: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the conditions stated at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna issues a separate monthly invoice.
- Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placing your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after the shipment of the goods or the availability date of the service, or in the case of a subscription, in accordance with the communicated timelines. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and debited after the shipment of the goods or the availability date of the service. In the case of a subscription, the amount will be debited according to the communicated timelines.
The payment methods "Pay in 14/30 days," "Slice It," and "Direct Debit" are only available with a positive credit assessment. During the order process, your data is forwarded to Klarna for an address and credit check. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check.
