If you are trying to complete your order and the system will not let you proceed without a VAT number, it is likely because the "Business" option is selected.
If you do not have a VAT number and you are ordering as a private individual, you must place your order as a private person. Please follow these steps:
- On the product page, look for the "Order as a private customer" button located directly below the price on, or below the product list on the checkout page.
- Once clicked, the mandatory VAT field will disappear from the checkout, and you will be able to complete your order normally.

If the system is still asking for a VAT number, you have most likely still selected to order as a company. In that case, the shopping cart will look like this:
At this point, you should click on that “Order as a private person.”
