Are you ordering to the UK?
This issue might be because your order value is below our minimum requirement for the UK.
Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, trade agreements have changed. For orders below £135 (€165 in our system), the seller must be registered with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to collect local VAT, which we are not.
Therefore, we can only ship to the UK when the order value exceeds £135. In these cases, the consignee acts as the importer and is responsible for all local taxes and duties upon arrival.
