To help us process and investigate this immediately, please follow these steps:
Take photos: Photograph the packaging from all sides and the contents, ensuring all received items are clearly visible in the picture.
Keep all packaging materials: Do not throw away any of the packaging, such as the box, bag, or wrapping. If the issue is due to carrier damage or loss, they will investigate the matter and may want to collect the original packaging for verification.

How does the process proceed?
Upon receiving your message, we will immediately check the video recordings from our packing department. If it is a packing error on our end, we will send the missing product to you. If the item was lost during transit, we will handle the investigation forward with the carrier.
