Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original order. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card through the original payment provider. If you used Klarna, the refund will be handled through Klarna according to their terms.
The refund process may take a few banking days depending on your payment method and provider, and refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after the returned items are received and verified to be in proper condition. The refund is issued by Aalto Group Oy or the payment intermediary, such as Klarna or Paytrail.
