You can submit a cancellation request by logging into your profile, clicking "Check your orders", and requesting a cancellation.
If the delivery process has already begun, you are obligated to return the products shipped to you.
Varuste.net will refund the payment for the cancelled and/or returned order within 14 days. Once processed, we will refund the items via your original payment method (for example, a credit card payment will be refunded back to the credit card).
