Varuste.net offers a 60 day limited right to return purchased products. This right applies to products purchased both in our webstore and in our Helsinki store.
Returned products must be in flawless condition, unused and new. The sales packaging of returned products must also be in flawless condition and undamaged. All product tags, including price tags, that have been originally attached to the product should be kept attached to the product.
Please note that the product's own box (for example, a shoe box) must not be used as the actual shipping box. Do not attach shipping labels or tape directly onto the product's original packaging, as it must remain undamaged for resale. You must place the product box inside another separate package, box, or shipping bag before sending it.
The customer is responsible for the return costs outside Finland.

You can return the products using any carrier of your choice. However, please note that the package must be sent directly to our address and not to a pickup point.
Please note, that if you are returning product(s) outside of EU, please notify us via email a list of returned product(s) and the tracking code of your return package.

Within Finland, the product can be returned directly to our store or sent free of charge via Posti, Matkahuolto, or PostNord. The return codes for the shipment are:

Please note that these codes only work at physical service points, not at parcel lockers.
