We do not offer free returns for orders outside of Finland. As an international customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
You are free to use any courier or postal service of your choice, but please ensure that you choose a shipping method that delivers the parcel directly to our address. We are unable to pick up returns from parcel lockers or local post offices. The cost of the return depends entirely on the rates in your local country and the shipping method you choose. Because of this, we cannot provide a specific estimate for the return shipping.
We highly recommend choosing a tracked shipping method and keeping the receipt until your return has been processed.
